  • Shipping Information — When you purchase physical products (such as apparel, balance boards, or other merchandise), we collect your shipping address, phone number, and any delivery instructions you provide.
  • Email Subscription Information — When you subscribe to our mailing list, newsletter, or waitlist, we collect your email address and, in some cases, your name. This information is stored and managed through Mailchimp.
  • Contact and Support Communications — When you contact us through email, contact forms, or consultation requests, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.
  • Consultation Booking Information — When you book a consultation or 1-on-1 coaching session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and any additional information you include in your booking request.

  • App Progress Data — If you use our platform to follow a training program, we collect and store your workout progress, session completions, program milestones, and related activity data within the app to provide you with progress tracking and program customization.

1.3 — Information from Third-Party Sources

We may receive limited information from third-party services that are integrated with our Website, including:

  • Mailchimp — Email engagement data such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link within our marketing communications.

  • To track and display your progress — To store and present your training progress, workout completions, and program milestones within the app.
  • To improve the Website and Services — To analyze usage patterns, identify technical issues, optimize user experience, and develop new features.
  • To fulfill and ship physical product orders — To process, package, ship, and deliver merchandise and training equipment to the address you provide.
  • To protect our Services and users — To detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized access, security issues, and technical problems.
  • To comply with legal obligations — To meet applicable legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • App progress data is stored in our secure database with access controls and encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Shipping information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill and deliver your order and process any returns.

While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Account Information — Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.

  • Email Subscription Data — Retained until you unsubscribe from our mailing list. Upon unsubscription, your email will be removed from active marketing lists within 10 business days.
  • App Progress Data — Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, progress data will be deleted within 30 days.
  • Shipping Information — Retained for up to 12 months after order fulfillment to process any returns or address delivery issues, then deleted.
  • Support Communications — Retained for up to 24 months to provide continuity in customer support, then deleted or anonymized.
